Getting Here: Rideshare is *strongly recommended* as parking is limited. Complimentary valet is available.
Check-in: Be prepared to provide your reservation Sponsor or Table Host name (e.g., “Acme,” rather than “Susie”) to identify your assigned table.
All Pre-ordered beverages are available for pick-up after 4 PM.
✨Sponsor beverage deliveries begin at 5 PM and once a sponsor representative arrives. If you are hosting and planning to set your table for your guests, we encourage an early arrival.
Note: Noche en Blanco is a cashless event.
WHAT TO WEAR
Todo en Blanco! Celebrate in style with all-white attire! Creative, cocktail, costume, and boho-chic looks are encouraged. Light-colored or khaki pants are also welcome. Have fun with your look and make it your own! View images from last year for inspiration.
GETTING TO THE EVENT

Parking is very limited and multi-modal transportation options are strongly recommended:
Bike or Light Rail: The closest light rail station is at Central Avenue & Roosevelt Street (“Arts District”). There is also a nearby stop at Central Ave & McDowell (“Cultural District” stop).
Parking: Limited parking is available in the Burton Barr Library Parking Lot Annex, south of Willetta / east of Central – 1221 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Access from 1st Street, south of McDowell.
*Tip: Check GPS or a map, as one-way streets, streets that dead end at the park and the light rail line can make access less straightforward.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
✨Sponsor Table Hosts are invited to arrive starting at 3:30 PM.
ALL Table Hosts are encouraged to arrive as early as 4 PM to set up tables. A designated loading zone next to valet can be accessed at 119 East Culver Street.
Guests are to check in with a valid form of identification. Table assignments are under the Sponsor or Table Host name. You will NOT need to present a ticket. Guests only need to present ID to receive a wristband, as this is a 21+ event.
TABLE AND PICNIC SET-UP
Tables, chairs, linens and lighting are provided. Tables will be covered with white tablecloths, in long connected rows under ambient portofino string lights. Each table will have 8 white chairs.
Table decor: Table Hosts are encouraged to bring glassware, plates and table decorations such as centerpieces, candles, battery-operated lights, and fun accents. There will be a prize for Best Table. See details below.
THE PICNIC
Pre-Ordered Picnics:
Picnics will be delivered to your assigned table starting at 5:45 PM. If you are not at your assigned table to receive the delivery, the picnic will be left at your table to enjoy at your leisure.
Your pre-ordered picnic will provide the following:
Picnics include utensils, napkins, along with cups for wine and beer if included in your order.
What to bring if bringing your own picnic:
Guests who are bringing their own picnic fare are encouraged to bring any necessary service items or utensils.
No food will be available for purchase at the event.
If you anticipate your guests will want more than what is included with your pre-ordered picnic, feel free to bring additional bites!
YOUR BEVERAGES
Pre-Ordered Bottles of Wine and Beer:
Pre-ordered beverages may be picked up from the Bar at any time after 4 PM. The order will be listed under the name of the purchaser.
✨Sponsor beverage orders will be delivered to your table
starting at 5 PM.
*Tip: Please feel free to bring your own wine chiller or cooler to keep your white wine or bubbly at temperature.
Wine and Craft Beer Sales: Locally-produced craft beer from Greenwood Brewing Company and a limited quantity of Gallo wines will be available for purchase during the event.
Other beverages: Water is the only beverage other than beer or wine that will be available for purchase at the event. All other non-alcoholic beverages should be brought by guests.
NO BYOB: Guests cannot bring alcohol to this event. This event is 21+. Guests will be ID’d by security and wristbanded upon entry. Security will also search all bags, baskets, etc. upon entry to the event to ensure that outside alcohol is not brought in.
